B. FILMMAKER BOOTCAMP (1 week)

  • Description: Got a week? Let it change your life! This 1-week Filmmaker Bootcamp covers, in depth, the entire filmmaking process. This uniquely balanced program, packs classroom training and hands-on experience into one amazing week! We will cover idea development, script writing, pre-production planning and logistics, basic camera and equipment operation, working with actors, directing, lighting, camera movement, production management, scheduling, producing, editing, marketing, film festivals and distribution. This course combines art and business, molding well-rounded filmmakers.

C. ON-SET FILM SCHOOL (4 weeks)

  • Description: This truly unique program affords the serious film student not only substantial classroom training - including all of the elements of the Filmaker's Bootcamp, but also provides each student with the opportunity to crew an actual FILM SHOOT. On-set with Gamma Films, each student will rotate through various crew positions during pre-production, principal photography, and post-production, providing not only a complete overview of the process, but hands-on experience, and a valuable professional IMDb credit for your resume.
